South Fork Community Hike in Eagle River

Explore the beginning stretch of the South Fork Valley Trail this Saturday with Kevin Lurie. We’ll trek 2 miles out to the iconic bridge, offering a manageable yet rewarding hike, perfect for those short on time or new to hiking.

When: Saturday, 1 PM

Where: Chugach State Park, South Fork Valley Trail

Distance: 4 miles (round trip to the bridge and back)

Elevation Gain: Approximately 360 ft

Difficulty: Moderate
