Looking for a big alpine adventure with a huge payoff? Join TrailMates on one of Hatcher Pass’s most iconic hikes: Reed Lakes. This challenging route winds through boulder fields, past waterfalls, and up to dazzling turquoise glacial lakes surrounded by rugged peaks. We’ll hike as a group to the upper lake, with an optional extension up toward Bomber Pass for anyone wanting to push a little farther.

🎒 What to Bring:

• Supportive hiking shoes/boots with good grip

• 2+ liters of water

• Snacks/lunch

• Layers for wind, rain, or sun

• Trekking poles (helpful in the boulder section)

• Sunscreen, hat, bug spray
  

🚗 Parking Info: Park at the Reed Lakes Trailhead (arrive early—this lot fills quickly on nice days).
