Mount Gordon Lyons Trail ⛰️
Join TrailMates for a scenic alpine adventure on the Mount Gordon Lyon Trail. This rewarding hike climbs above the valley floor into open mountain terrain, offering sweeping views of the surrounding peaks, alpine tundra, and the Anchorage area below.
While the mileage is relatively short, the trail gains elevation steadily, making it a great workout with incredible views as your reward. Expect mountain scenery, wildflowers (season permitting), and plenty of opportunities to stop for photos and enjoy the landscape along the way.
This is a community-paced hike designed for hikers looking to challenge themselves while enjoying good company and some of Southcentral Alaska's beautiful alpine terrain.

$5 daily parking fee required OR Arctic Valley annual parking pass
Alaska State Parks annual passes are not valid at this parking lot
