Get ready for an amazing afternoon hiking Mount Baldy! This 3-mile loop with 1,200 ft of elevation gain is perfect for adventurous hikers looking for a rewarding challenge. The trail is moderate with some steep sections and rocky areas near the summit, offering incredible views of Eagle River and Knik Arm along the way.

We’ll start on the Homestead side, make our way up the ridgeline, and finish at the peak of Baldy. Expect frozen ground, potential icy spots, and the need for hiking poles or microspikes for safety.
