The trail rewards climbers with sweeping vistas at the summit. Perfect for photos, snacks, and soaking in winter landscapes. Expect some steep sections, so plan accordingly.

What to Bring: Headlamps (in case daylight fades), trekking poles for stability, ice spikes for traction, layers to stay warm, water, and snacks. Be prepared for winter conditions.

Parking Info: Meet at Gov Peak Recreation Area. Note there is a $5 parking fee, not included under a State Park Pass.
