At just 3.6 miles roundtrip with 350 ft of elevation gain, this easy out-and-back hike is a great way to get outside, connect with community, and enjoy the crisp autumn air.

The trail winds through lush forest, following the creek until you reach the falls — a rewarding view that makes the journey worth every step. Expect a mix of wide, wooded paths and some rooty sections near the water.

Estimated Time: ~2 hoursWhat to Bring: Comfortable hiking shoes, water, layers for changing weather, and trekking poles if you like extra support. Microspikes may be helpful if the trail is slick.

Parking Info: Parking available at Bird Creek Valley Trailhead. Please arrive a few minutes early to find parking and check in with the group.
